The listing is for a very rare blue eyed Japanese exclusive Francie doll.

Mattel issued 3 Japanese exclusive brunette Francie dolls (in order of rarity): the blue eyed, the side glancing and the black eyed. 

Her lip paint is a lovely pink color, no paint missing. The eyelashes are fully present.

She has no earring holes, no greening, face has one little oxydizing spot but is otherwise peachy.

Her brunette hair is gorgeous, not missing plug.

She comes with the typical straight leg body that all Japanese exclusive Francie dolls have, with faded arms.
